Quality Control

Quality Control (QC) activities are vital for implementationsubmission with defined plans and specifications through the organization of respective works on site and monitoring quality activities. Activities and controls to be established are:

Coordination of the review of subcontractors/supplier quality related documentation.

Preparation and monitoring of documentation, inspection and test planning.

Establishing coordinated inspections and tests and associated records

Recording of observations or non-conformance and corrective or preventive actions.
